Heading out on Wednesday – taking a trip to Memphis. The reason for the trip is the 2008 Cooperative Baptist Fellowship General Assembly , but in reality … I’ve never been to Memphis, DH & I haven’t had a chance to take a trip together in a while, and the timing of it all worked out.

So, I’ve been researching like crazy, looking for places we might want to eat. So many choices and so little time. Good fried chicken for me, and good BBQ for the hubby. That’s all we need.
